Is Hotel Laja City the same as Hotel Laja Real?
No. They are two separate, independent hotels in Ciudad Bolivar with similar names. Hotel Laja City is on Avenida Bolivar at Avenida Tachira, with a 24-hour front desk, parking and WiFi included in the rate, and five room types from USD 60 a night. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept national bank transfer, Pago Movil and cash on arrival. We do not process credit or debit cards. When we confirm your booking on WhatsApp we send you the payment details.
What room types do you offer and what are the rates?
Double Room with one bed, US$60; Twin Room with two single beds, US$65; Double Room with two double beds, US$75; Triple Room with one double and one single bed, US$75; and Quadruple Room with one double and two single beds, US$75. All rates are per night.
What is included in the rate?
Every rate includes parking, WiFi, cable television on a smart TV and complimentary afternoon coffee. Rooms have air conditioning, a private bathroom and a direct-dial telephone.
Where is Hotel Laja City?
We are on Avenida Bolivar at the corner of Avenida Tachira, Ciudad Bolivar, Bolivar State, Venezuela, on one of the city's main avenues.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is until 12:00 noon. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours, so you can arrive at any time.
Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is included in the rate for every room at no additional cost.
Do you offer food service?
We have a cafeteria on the ground floor, room service, and complimentary afternoon coffee. Our front desk will gladly recommend places to eat near the hotel.
Can children stay?
Yes. Tell us how many children when you book so we can assign the right room. We have triple and quadruple rooms for families.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Hotel Laja City is a non-smoking property throughout its interior areas.
What is there to visit near the hotel?
The historic quarter with Plaza Bolivar and the Cathedral, the Congress of Angostura House, the Paseo Orinoco and the Angostura Lookout, the Jesus Soto Museum of Modern Art, Casa San Isidro and El Zamuro Fort. Ciudad Bolivar is also the gateway to Canaima National Park.
