Start with the Paseo Orinoco promenade and the view of the Piedra del Medio out in the river. Then the Jesús Soto Museum of Modern Art, one of Latin America''s finest kinetic-art collections; museum hours change, so ask at the front desk before heading out. End the day the way locals do: watching the sun set over the river with the Angostura Bridge in the distance.
Monday 12 — a slow morning and the trip home
