Long stays in Ciudad Bolívar: how to arrange them

Double room with two double beds at Hotel Laja City

Installations, construction, audits and commercial coverage that run for weeks. What to ask a hotel for when it is not two nights but a month.

Not every work trip lasts two nights. Installation technicians, site staff, auditors, regional supervisors and sales teams sometimes spend whole weeks in Ciudad Bolívar.

A long stay is arranged differently from a short one, and it is worth saying so when you book rather than when you arrive.

Talk to the hotel before you book

This is the most useful advice on the list. A two-week or month-long stay works far better if we know in advance: continuity in the same room, a housekeeping rhythm that fits your hours, and terms for multiple nights.

Write to us on WhatsApp or at reservashotelc@gmail.com with your dates and the number of people.

Ask for the same room throughout

It sounds like a small detail and it is not. Changing rooms mid-week means repacking, reorganising documents and equipment, and losing your bearings. If we know your stay is a long one, we keep you in the same room from beginning to end.

Choose for space, not for the first night's price

For one night, a small room is tolerable. For twenty, it is not. For long stays the Quadruple Room is the sensible choice: the largest in the hotel, with a one double bed and two single beds, with room to spread out documents at the end of the day.

If two colleagues are travelling together, the Double Room has two separate beds and a desk.

Settle the food question on day one

Hunting for dinner every night for a month is more tiring than the work itself. Room service turns that into a solved problem, and the front desk will tell you what is nearby.

Sort the paperwork at the start

If your company needs supporting documentation for the accommodation, say so when booking rather than on the day you leave. It is far easier to prepare in advance than to reconstruct at the end.

Groups and teams

If several people from the same company are travelling, write to us instead of booking room by room. We can arrange the rooms together and coordinate the group's arrival.
